Cancellation Policy

Life happens. We completely get it.
If you need to cancel your reservation with us, please refer to our policies below. 

At Great Mountain Guide Service, each and every trip is custom! The time spent planning our trips, planning meals, packing the gear, and setting up- is valuable to us. The difference is everything when you book with a small company versus large. We love what we do, and we understand that sometimes life happens, and guests need to cancel. 

 

  • Need to cancel your trip more than seven days (1 week) from arrival? 
    If guests need to cancel (no questions asked) more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued, or guest may roll over invoice to later date. 
  • Need to cancel your trip less than seven days (1 week) from arrival? 

    If guests need to cancel (no questions asked) less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued – and guest has the option to roll over invoice to a later date.
